Stornierungsbedingugnen für Workshops
Pläne und Vorhaben können sich manchmal ändern. Ich bemühe mich daher, soweit möglich, individuell auf deine Bedürfnisse einzugehen. Um jedoch eine verlässliche Planung und Organisation der Workshops zu gewährleisten, gelten die folgenden Stornierungsbedingungen:

1. Stornierung bis 14 Tage vor Workshopbeginn
Bei einer Stornierung bis spätestens 14 Tage vor Beginn des Workshops fallen keine Stornogebühren an. Bereits gezahlte Teilnahmegebühren werden vollständig zurückerstattet.

2. Stornierung 14 bis 7 Tage vor Workshopbeginn
Erfolgt die Stornierung in diesem Zeitraum, wird eine Stornogebühr in Höhe von 30% der Teilnahmegebühr erhoben.

3. Stornierung 7 bis 3 Tage vor Workshopbeginn
Bei einer Stornierung zwischen 7 und 3 Tagen vor Workshopbeginn beträgt die Stornogebühr 50% der Teilnahmegebühr.

4. Stornierung weniger als 3 Tage vor Workshopbeginn / Nichterscheinen
Erfolgt die Stornierung weniger als 3 Tage vor Beginn des Workshops oder erscheint die teilnehmende Person nicht zum Workshop, werden 100% der Teilnahmegebühr in Rechnung gestellt.
Rückerstattung
Rückerstattungen erfolgen nach Abzug der jeweiligen Stornogebühr und werden innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Eingang der Stornierungsanfrage bearbeitet. Die Rückzahlung erfolgt über dasselbe Zahlungsmittel wie die ursprüngliche Zahlung, sofern nichts anderes vereinbart wurde.

Regelung bei Krankheit
Bei einer akuten Erkrankung, die durch ein ärztliches Attest nachgewiesen wird, werden 30% der Teilnahmegebühr rückerstattet. Alternativ kann nach Absprache eine Gutschrift für einen zukünftigen Workshop ausgestellt werden. Ein Anspruch hierauf besteht nicht.

Cancellation Policy for Workshops
Plans and circumstances can sometimes change. I therefore strive, whenever possible, to accommodate your individual needs. However, in order to ensure reliable planning and organization of the workshops, the following cancellation policy applies:
​
1. Cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the workshop
If you cancel no later than 14 days before the workshop begins, no cancellation fees will be charged. Any participation fees already paid will be refunded in full.

2. Cancellation 14 to 7 days before the start of the workshop
If the cancellation is made within this period, a cancellation fee of 30% of the participation fee will be charged.

3. Cancellation 7 to 3 days before the start of the workshop
If you cancel between 7 and 3 days before the workshop begins, the cancellation fee is 50% of the participation fee.

4. Cancellation less than 3 days before the start of the workshop / No-show
If the cancellation is made less than 3 days before the workshop begins, or if the participant does not attend the workshop, 100% of the participation fee will be charged.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued after deduction of the applicable cancellation fee and will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation request. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Policy in Case of Illness
In the event of an acute illness confirmed by a medical certificate, 30% of the participation fee will be refunded. Alternatively, by prior agreement, a credit for a future workshop may be issued. There is no entitlement to this option.
